Terms of Service

Last updated: August 30, 2026

These terms govern the pet waste removal services provided by Poop Savvy ("we," "us," or "our") in Midlothian, Texas and nearby areas. By booking a service, scheduling a visit, or paying for service, you agree to these terms.

Our service

• Weekly pet waste removal on scheduled Saturday routes in Midlothian, Texas and nearby neighborhoods.
• We scoop, bag, and place pet waste in your outdoor trash bin. We do not haul waste away.
• We send notifications when we are on the way and when service is complete.

Pricing and payment

• Current Midlothian weekly offer: $20 per week, plus 8.25% Texas sales tax. Your exact total is shown before you book.
• Payment is processed through Square. Payment is required to lock in your weekly Saturday spot.
• We do not invent or change prices without telling you. Any future pricing updates will be communicated before they take effect.

Access and preparation

• You agree to provide access to your backyard and an available outdoor trash bin on service days.
• Please secure aggressive dogs before service. We reserve the right to skip a visit if a dog poses a safety risk; we'll notify you and pick it up on the next visit.
• If your gate is locked or we cannot reach the yard, we'll notify you and cover the visit on the next scheduled route.
• Friendly dogs may remain in the yard during service, but they interact with our technicians at your responsibility.

Cancellation

There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime, with no fees, by letting us know before your scheduled Saturday service. Prepaid visits are not required for weekly service.

Insurance and liability

• Poop Savvy is insured for your peace of mind.
• We take reasonable care on your property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any service-related claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service visit.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing yard conditions, yard damage caused by pets, or issues unrelated to our service.

Contact and communication

By booking a service, you agree we may contact you by phone, text, or email about your booking and service. Service-related text notifications are part of the service. Reply STOP to opt out of non-essential messages.
