Poop Savvy ("we," "us," or "our") is a locally owned pet waste removal service operated by Josh and Dee Reed in Midlothian, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect when you book a service or use our site, and how we handle it.

Information we collect

• Booking form details: first and last name, phone number, email address, service address, number of dogs, yard size, service frequency, areas to be scooped, first-visit contact preference, garbage bin location, and any gate, access, or pet notes you provide.
• Contact consent: your choice to be contacted about your booking and service.
• Service communication records: notifications we send (on the way / service complete) and replies you send us.

How we use your information

• To set up your booking and confirm your weekly price.
• To schedule and perform your weekly Saturday service.
• To send helpful service notifications, including when we are on the way and when service is complete.
• To process payments and keep basic service records.

We do not sell your personal information. Period.

How your information is processed

• Lead delivery: when you submit the booking form, your details are sent through automation software (Zapier) so we can follow up quickly.
• Payments: payments are processed by Square. We do not see or store your full card details on this website.
• Device backup: a copy of your submitted booking request is also saved in your own browser's local storage on your device, so you have a backup. This stays on your device unless you clear it.

Analytics and advertising

If we enable analytics or advertising tools on this site (such as the Meta/Facebook Pixel), they may collect standard usage information to help us understand how the site is used and whether our ads are working. This page will be updated if and when those tools are active.

Text messages

By booking a service, you agree we may contact you by phone, text, or email about your booking and service. Service notification texts are part of the service. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out of non-essential messages, or contact us to cancel service entirely.

You can ask us to update or delete the information you've provided at any time — just contact us using the details below.
